The diet is 100% whole, non processed foods: Proteins: Any meat, fish, egg protein and tree nuts/seeds (no legumes which includes soy and peanuts)
Low glycemic fruits
Olive and coconut oil
There are no prepared foods in this 13 day cleanse. You will need to plan, shop and prep food for the entire program.
You will remove the following 100% the entire cleanse:
Dairy – includes butter (eggs are not dairy so does not include eggs- see above)
Sugar (and any natural sugars such as maple syrup, agave, honey or sugar substitutes- stevia is ok)
Legumes (includes peanuts/soy)
Any oil that is not olive or coconut oil
Coffee (green tea is ok)
We STRONGLY recommend you start cutting down on caffeine 2-3 weeks before aiming at being completely off caffeine before starting the cleanse.

A Starvation or weight loss program
We encourage real – non processed – whole foods the entire 2 weeks
(although most people lose 3-10#, this is often inflammation and some people do not lose any weight until after the cleanse is over – and only if they maintain eating 4 Better Health).
