Spinach & Orange Salad

4 cups spinach, washed and torn into bite-size pieces
1 medium orange, peeled and sectioned
½ cup almonds & 1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 Tbsp honey-lime vinaigrette
4 teaspoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons mild honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Toss together spinach, oranges, almonds, and croutons.

Serve with dressing on the side or drizzled on top.

Honey-lime vinaigrette directions:

Whisk together lime juice, honey, salt & cayenne pepper.

Add oil; whisk until thoroughly blended.

Can be made up to 2 days ahead.

Cover & refrigerate.

Whisk to blend before using.
