No Sugar Added Cookie Treats
3 ripe bananas
1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
2 cups oats (gluten free)
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup rasins (optional)

Preheat oven to 350F

Mash the bananas

Mix all of the rest of the ingredients together

Form into cookie dough balls

Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes
Note: When broken into 8 servings, each serving is 152 calories (including rasins)
