 Naturally sweet vegetables such as carrtos, onions, even a touch of burdock, wilted vegetables or parts that are not ordinarily eaten such as cabbage hearts, pea pods, corn husks, vegetable cores
 AVOID: greens that have a bitter taste
Noodles
 Tamari
 Udon or other noodles (gluten free), prepared according to package directions.

Save odds and ends of vegetables in the refrigerator

Boil vegetables in water for 5-10 minutes or until tender.

Add tamari to taste.

Serve in individual bowls and add noodles.
