Rutabaga French Fries

1 Rutabaga
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Dash pepper

Preheat oven to 450°

Cut rutabaga up into small french fry looking pieces - cut off rind.

Toss in bowl w/ olive oil, seasalt, garlic and a little pepper

Cook for about 25 minutes (turn over halfway - watch closely and remove as they get more cooked)
