Warm Oatmeal Casserole

4 cups of organic milk (milk alternatives)
1 tbsp stevia
2 tbs. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbs. cinnamon
2 cups old fashioned oats (certified gluten-free oats)
2 cups chopped apple
1 cups raisins
1/2 cup of nuts (optional)
Coconut oil to grease the casserole (8x8 glass pan)

In a medium-large saucepan, bring the milk, stevia, butter, salt, and cinnamon to a boil.

Add in the oats, chopped apple, and raisins.

Put in greased casserole (8x8 glass pan).

Top with 1/2 cup of nuts (optional).

Bake uncovered on 350 in oven for 30 minutes.
Notes: Great for saving in fridge, heat a small bowl of this in the microwave and put a little cold milk on top to cool it for your mouth!
