Secretly Sneak in the Veggies
Half a large or 1 small very ripe banana
1 cup milk (any kind, dairy substitutes)
Fresh baby spinach (Pack in as much as you want! I use 2 huge handfuls)

Just toss it all in the blender with a couple ice cubes and mmm… SO delicious!!
