16 organic nut/seed butter (peanut, almond, cashew, sunflower seed butter)
0.50 cup honey or agave nectar
1 cup Protein Shake powder (I like chocolate flavor!)
3 (gluten free) rolled oats
Optional:
Falx seeds
Raw nuts, chopped
Dried Fruit

Mix peanut butter and honey on stove until mixed well together.

Add protein powder and mix well.

Add oatmeal and mix gently.

Spread in a 9x13 pan.

Refrigerate 1 hour.
