Delicious Vegan Detox Cauliflower & Broccoli Soup

No food processor necessary! (feel free to double and freeze it)
 1 head of cauliflower chopped
 1 head broccoli chopped (don't toss the stems!)
 1 head bok choy
 1/4 onion chopped
 2 carrots chopped
 2 tbsp garlic
 1/2 tsp celery salt
 1/2 tsp oregano
 1/2 tsp basil
 pinch crushed red pepper
 salt/pepper to taste
 1 box vegetable broth

Put all ingredients - except broth - into stir fry pan with a little coconut oil

Stir fry until veggies are soft

Put 1/2 veggies in blender

Puree (add water to thin as needed)

Pour into bowl

Blend other 1/2

Mix in bowl

Stir and enjoy!

On Super detox days 5-9 leave out the carrots & onion. Still tastes great!
