Warm Grain Free Banana Bread

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350*
In a food processor finely chop walnuts
Add banana and blend until mixed well
Add milk
Add cinnamon and vanilla
Blend really well
Lightly spray pie plate, ramekins or loaf pan with oil/butter
Pour mixture in
Sprinkle top with more cinnamon, additional chopped nuts and/or coconut if desired
Bake 30 min for single serving ramekins
Bake 40-50 minutes for pie
Bake 50-60 minutes for loaf pan
Check for "doneness" with wooden skewer (like cake testing). It should feel think and dense. Skewer should come out clean.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before removing from loaf pan. Then cool on rack.
Otherwise serve in pie plate or individual, no need to remove from pan.
It can be eaten immediately or cooled in refrigerator.
If using loaf pan, let it cool for about 20 minutes before you try to slice it.
