Clean Eating Tomato Soup
115 Can of Tomato Sauce (no sugar added)
0.50 cup low sodium chicken stock (no sugar added)
1 cup Water
1 tsp dried basil
0.50 tsp parsley
2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
0.25 tsp Celery Seed
0.50 tsp Black Pepper
1 Boullion Cube
1 cup Unsweetened soy milk (you can also use 1% regular milk, rice milk, or almond milk)

Combine all ingredients in a pot.

Bring to a soft boil and stir until heated through.
