 2 medium sized Rutabaga cut in quarters
 3 tbsp garlic
 3 tbsp olive oil
 Sea salt and red pepper flakes for taste (optional)

Warm olive oil in stirfry pan

Shred the rutabaga and place in pan with garlic, salt and red pepper flakes
