Grain Free Nut Balls

 0.50 cup sunflower seeds
 0.50 cup pumpkin seeds
 1 cup walnuts
 0.50 cup almond flour
 0.50 tsp salt
 1 tsp cinnamon
 1 tsp vanilla
 0.25 cup honey
 3 tbsp nut butter
 1 tbsp water (up/down a tinybit depending on wetness of mixture)

Preheat oven to 350*

place parchment paper on baking sheet

put nuts into food processor or nutribullet for 5-10 seconds to make make a dry powder.

pour into bowl with all dry ingredients

fold in honey, nut butter and water and mix well

mix in fruit (optional)

roll into balls and put on lined baking sheet (easier to do with wet hands)

*** Bake for 20 minutes. Will still be soft to touch, but browning. Good for 3-4 days in the fridge on container. Double or triple and freeze for on the go breakfast and snacks***
