 1 cup rainbow quinoa cooked with 2 cup vegetable broth - while cooking prepare below
 1 head broccoi chopped and steamed
 2 long carrots chopped small
 1 BPA-free can Garbanzo bean- rinsed and drained
 1 tbsp minced garlic
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
 1 tsp stevia
 1 tsp salt
1

Mix all ingredients together - serve hot or cold!
