Delicious Roasted Brussel Sprouts

 1.5 pounds fresh brussel sprouts - cut in half
 cold pressed olive oil
 sea salt
 1 tbsp fresh garlic

Turn burner on medium high. Drizzle olive oil on stir fry pan.

Sprinkle salt and garlic into olive oil.

Place sprouts flat side down on pan.

Cook until flat side is brown (6-8 minutes).

Use spatula gently to remove flat side from pan and stir sprouts.

Take off the burner and cover (about 5-7 minutes).

This will allow the sprouts to steam and soften slightly but keeps them slightly crunchy.

Remove from pan before they are soft.
