Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and spinach and saute until spinach is wilted. (About 2-3 minutes)
In a medium bowl, combine chickpeas, breadcrumbs, paprika, pepper flakes, salt and stevia.
Add chickpea mixture to spinach and cook until heated. (About 3-4 minutes)
Remove from heat and stir in apple cider vinegar - ENJOY!
