Steamed Tofu & Broccoli with Almond Butter Sauce

Almond Butter Sauce
 3 tbsp Almond Butter
 3 tbsp Tamari
 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
 1 tbsp Agave
 1 tbsp Vegetable Stock or Water
 23 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
 1 lb Extra Firm Tofu, drained and cubed.
 1 Bag organic broccoli flowerettes (2-3 cups)

Steam the broccoli and tofu for 10 minutes.


Pour all the sauce ingredients into a bowl. Whisk until thoroughly combined.


Pour over tofu and broccoli and turn gently to combine.
